In short: iromote is a color wheel app for Clip Studio Paint. You can try it free for 14 days. One purchase lets you use it on up to 3 of your own computers, forever, with 1 year of free updates. Paddle sells it for us. You can get your money back within 60 days.

1. Who we are

iromote ("we", "us") makes the iromote app and runs iromote.com. You can reach us at hello@iromote.com. These terms are an agreement between you and iromote about using the iromote app, the website and your license.

2. Who sells iromote

Our order process is run by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle handles the payment, sales tax, invoices, and payment questions and returns. When you buy, you also agree to Paddle's buyer terms.

3. The free trial

You can use every feature of iromote for 14 days for free, without a card. The trial belongs to your computer, so installing iromote again does not start a new trial. When the trial ends, iromote asks for a license key.

4. Your license

• One license is for one person. You may use it on up to 3 computers that you use yourself, for personal or work projects.
• You can move a license to a new computer at any time: remove an old one in iromote (gear, Manage Devices) or on our website (Manage license).
• You may not share, sell or publish your license key, or use it on more computers than it allows.
• You may not copy, change, take apart or reverse engineer iromote, or try to get around its license check, except where the law allows it.
• iromote stays our work. The license lets you use it; it does not give you ownership of the software.

5. Updates

Your purchase includes 1 year of free updates, starting on the day you buy. After that year, you can keep using every version released during your year, forever. To get versions released later, you can renew your updates for one more year at any time (renew here). The price of a renewal is shown before you pay.

6. The internet connection

iromote needs the internet to activate your license and to check it now and then. Between checks it keeps working offline. iromote talks to Clip Studio Paint through Clip Studio Paint's own Companion Mode, on your computer and local network.

7. Refunds

You can get a full refund within 60 days of your purchase, for any reason. See our refund policy. After a refund, the license stops working.

8. Clip Studio Paint

Clip Studio Paint is a trademark of CELSYS, Inc. iromote is made independently and is not made, sold or supported by CELSYS. A change in Clip Studio Paint can affect how iromote works; we do our best to keep up.

9. No warranty

We work hard to make iromote reliable, and the 14-day trial lets you check it on your own computer before you buy. iromote is provided "as is", without any warranty, to the extent the law allows. We do not promise it will be free of errors or work with every setup.

10. Limit of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or lost-profit damages, or lost work, that come from using or not being able to use iromote. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for your license. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have by law as a consumer.

11. Ending the license

If you break these terms, for example by sharing your key, we may turn off the license. You can stop using iromote at any time.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. When we do, we change the date at the top of this page. The terms that applied when you bought still apply to that purchase.
