In short: if iromote is not right for you, you get all your money back within 60 days of buying. No questions asked.

60-day money-back guarantee

You can ask for a full refund of an iromote license within 60 days of your purchase, for any reason. The same goes for an update renewal: you can get it refunded within 60 days of paying for it.

How to ask

• Email hello@iromote.com from the address you bought with, or tell us your order number.
• Or ask Paddle, our reseller, directly at paddle.net, using the details in your receipt email.

What happens next

Paddle sends the money back to the card or account you paid with. Most banks show it within 5 to 10 business days. After the refund, the license key stops working on all computers. A refunded update renewal takes that year of updates back; the license itself keeps working.

After 60 days

After 60 days we cannot promise a refund, but please write to us anyway if something went wrong. Rights you have by law are not limited by this policy.
